FE37

Cooktop Overheating

Overheating protection has automatically switched off the cooktop. Let the cooktop cool down for a few minutes. After cooling, the cooktop should function normally again.

FE91

Incorrect Voltage

The cooktop is receiving insufficient or excessive voltage. This means the electrical connection has been made incorrectly. Professional electrician inspection is required.

FE47/FE48

Fan Blockage

The fan under the cooktop is blocked. Check if any item in the drawer or cupboard under the cooktop is blocking the fan. Ensure proper installation clearance.

FE40

Communication Board Fault

Communication error between the control board and the induction coil. First, disconnect power for at least one minute. If problem not resolved, control board replacement will be required.

FE32

Capacitor Fault

Problem with capacitors in the power electronics. This error may also appear as FE33, FE34, FE35, or FE36. Usually requires capacitor replacement on the control board.

dE

Demonstration Mode

The cooktop is in demonstration mode. In this mode, the cooking zones will not heat up. Check your model's manual to deactivate demonstration mode.

Err + 30

Voltage Error

The cooktop is not receiving proper voltage. Voltage is too high or too low. Check electrical connection and ensure correct installation.
