No Power or Dead Battery

If the hood uses a window contact switch, a flat battery doesn't transmit any signal to the receiver. This prevents voltage release for operating the ventilation hood. Replace window contact switch batteries.

Controls Don't Respond

No Response to Buttons

The ventilation hood controls no longer respond. Check whether the ventilation hood has a main switch (switch labeled 0/1). Disconnect the hood from power supply using this switch or via the outlet.

Too Loud

Excessive Noise Level

The ventilation hood is operating too loudly. This may be related to clogged filters, improper ductwork installation, or fan motor issues. Check and clean filters.

Filter Indicator Flashing

Filter Replacement Required

Indicators 1, 2, 3, or IS are flashing, indicating the need to clean or replace the grease filter or charcoal filter. Clean or replace filter according to instructions.

Indicator 1 Lit

Filter Needs Cleaning

The grease filter has operated for 20 hours and requires cleaning. Remove and clean the filter according to instructions. After cleaning, reset the filter timer.

Indicator B Flashing

Charcoal Filter Replacement Needed

The OdorFree charcoal filter has reached its service life (120-240 hours depending on setting). Replace charcoal filter with a new one and reset the timer.

Con@ ctivity Won't Activate

Con@ctivity 2.0 Activation Error

Automatic connection function with the cooktop won't activate. Ensure the cooktop is compatible with Con@ctivity 2.0. Check connection and perform activation according to instructions.
